Gospel rapper Young Bless drops Osatopa

In this kind of situation, a new song by Young Bless titled 'Osatopa' might come in handy.

It is a single released by the Lilongwe-based gospel rapper to encourage the suffering hearts which are on the of losing faith.

Part of the song, which has been produced by Draven at Extreme Mic studio, Young Bless sings: Padzina la yesu ziwanda zimakedeka (In the name of Jesus all demons run away)/ Ma pemphero man amazagwetsa malinga (prayers will destroy all stumbling blocks)/

Osamapeputsa pempherani molimbika (do not relent always pray hard) Prayer really works satanatu samalimba/ (the devil cannot stand it) In the name of God/ Satan wabalalika (disappears).

“As a Christian, I have experienced situations that have made me want to give up on God but by his Grace, he kept me moving forward. I believe that there are also Christians somewhere who are also going through the same.

“But pain, afflictions or tribulations should not lead people into losing faith in Christ. Therefore, I composed this song to encourage Christians not to give up on their faith although sometimes life gets hard, tempting us to want to abandon Jesus Christ,” said Young Bess, real name Blessings Kapina said

The talented young rapper who started rapping for Christ in 2011 with a group Gospel Alliance Ministry and also joined Grace Life Clique in 2019, said he is currently working on his Extended Play (EP).

“We have done many group songs in both Music groups Gospel Alliance and Grace Life Clique, but now I am planning to release many own EP.

“I am currently working towards this and I will provide further details when everything is set.

Meanwhile, people can purchase the song Osatopa through mobile money facilities.

“In this song, people will learn more as to why prayer is the most powerful weapon one can have to overcome life hurdles. It is a song worth listening to, more especially when one is under torment,” said the rapper.
