Malawi national senior football team defender, Charles Petro is slowly getting to realise his dreams of playing for a European team, following his agreement with FC Sheriff Intraspol in Moldova.
The youthful defender left the country last month for trials until February 15, but on Wednesday, two days before the day, the team confirmed through their official Instagram page that they have taken on board Petro.
Nyasa Big Bullets administration manager, Albert Chigoga could note be reached for a comment on the agreement.
Petro played for Bullets main team after coach Kalisto Pasuwa promoted him from the reserve side.
In his debut season, Petro won the best defender award for the TNM Super League and also received a lot of praises for his outstanding performance with the national team.
