With two days before the resumption of the TNM Super League, Civil Service United has roped in the services of Jafali Chande and Bashir Maunde.
Chande, a forward and defender Maunde both played for Nyasa Big Bullets before the former left to join their archrivals, Be Forward Wanderers.
But on Tuesday, Civo announced that Chande has penned a six months deal, while Maunde signed a two-year one.
Team Manager, Gabriel Chirwa said the coming of Chande, is one way of strengthening the striking force, apart from giving him space to settle.
Chande played for Mlatho Mponela, after being at his home side team, Mitundu FC which played in the Central Region Chipiku League.
Maunde was released by Bullets before the kick-off of the season and has been training with the Civil servants.
Civo, placed fifth on the log table, restart their league campaign by hosting Kasungu based side, TN Stars on Friday.
