Musician Faith Mussa has been invited to attend and address United Nations General Assembly special session (UNGASS) from May 24 to 26 this year.
The event will be held virtually at United Nations headquarters in New York.
It will dwell on challenges and measures to prevent and combat corruption and strengthen international cooperation.
Mussa has been given a 15 minute slot in which he will perform and deliver a speech.
Speaking about the experience he wants to get from the UN session said: “My interest is to learn from other representatives from various countries at the forum, including how their countries are dealing with corruption.
“…and how that can be incorporated in our efforts to fight the vice here at home.”
António Guterres’, UN secretary general and other high profile officials are expected to address at the forum.
