Champion Stadium in Dowa is turning into a darling for Lilongwe-based Super League teams following closure of Civo, Silver and Bingu Stadiums.
The three facilities have been closed to pave way for renovations as they have been earmarked for Regional 5 games this December.
Kamuzu Barracks football club was the first side to opt for the Dowa Stadium since they were using Civo Stadium as their home ground.
They beat Rumphi United 5-2 in their first match at the facility.
Latest to join them is Civo Service United.
The civil servants have no choice but to shift from their home facility and will be playing their first match at the privately-owned stadium this Sunday against Moyale Barracks.
Kamuzu Barracks returns at the facility on Saturday against Mafco FC.
Champion Stadium is owned by King Kavina.
