Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar FC have expressed optimism they will carry the day when they face Blue Eagles saying the want to use the home advantage.
The two meet at Dedza stadium in the return leg of Airtel Top 8 Cup on Saturday and comes on the back drop of a 3-0 defeat in the first leg.
Dan Dzimkambani, head coach of Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar FC speaking ahead of the game said they are focused.
"The preparations have been going on very well. If we play the way we have trained, we should be able to carry the day.
"This time we are playing at home so we want to take advantage of the opportunity."
He acknowledged it will be a tough order considering they have been beaten by sevent goals in the last month against Blue Eagles.
They conceded 3 goals in the first leg, 4-0 in TNM Super League and they also played out a goal less draw in the first game of the league.
Dzinkambani said all the games they lost were played at Eagles' back yard and was disappointed with the margins.
"We are going to approach this game differently. We could have defended differently but that is football.
"The boys know what has to be done, if we lose we are out and have to wait for the next season.
"The game plan is to march on to the semifinals."
He said it will be important to give their supporters a win for Christmas for all their efforts in keeping the team up to par.
